I studied French literature at the Faculty of Arts at Al-Baath University in Homs.

I did not work in my field of study; I got a chance immediately at MTN-Syria (a telecommunications company operating in Syria). I first worked there as a customer service representative, where I used to promote the company’s services, follow up on all problems facing subscribers with relevant departments, and train new employees to use the software correctly. Then, I moved to another department within the company, the sales department, where we were working closely with marketing the company’s services to possible subscribers, helping the direct sales team to improve their productivity, handling urgent complaints, answering customer queries, scheduling marketing events, collaborate with other departments and other tasks. After that, I became a supervisor of the entire direct sales team in the city of Homs and its countryside, where I followed up the daily work related to marketing and selling the company’s services, participating in the events and activities that were held within the province, and working to follow up the employees from the moment they are employed within the direct sales team, including training and spreading them to the targeted sites to achieve the required sales target.

When I first heard from my friend about Best 4 SEO company, it was exciting. I learned plenty of details about the work atmosphere – which I liked a lot although it seemed stressful somehow – and even the players. In addition, the way the employees interact with each other, and the management with them looks convenient. Somehow, I loved being part of this family. Despite that, when my friend told me that I would be interviewed to work here, I felt a little nervous, I believe because of the fear of change; of leaving a job in which I stayed for many years and returning to work in a field of that I studied theoretically but never practiced, although I tried as much as possible to keep in touch in French and improve my abilities in English as well, and I think I have done great work in achieving this.

Now; that I finally became part of this family, I should admit that I am a little scared, but at the same time, I am pretty excited.
