Google review removal and reputation management
We go through the fake, spam and abusive reviews on your Google Maps listing and report the ones that break Google's rules, with evidence, to Google.
- Free analysis
- No fee for reviews that stay
- No passwords or admin access needed
You pay only for removed reviews
The analysis, the reports and the appeals are free. When Google removes a review we send you a payment link for it; when it does not, you pay nothing.
- No upfront payment, subscription or filing fee
- Pay by card or bank transfer, invoiced to your company
- The link and date of every removed review
Which reviews does Google remove?
Only Google can remove a review. We find the reviews that break Google's content rules and report them through the official channels.
Reviews that can be removed
- Fake reviews from people who were never your customers
- Spam and coordinated review attacks
- Off-topic reviews that have nothing to do with your business
- Insults, hate speech, harassment and threats
- Reviews that share personal details (phone, address, health)
- Reviews written in someone else's name
- Reviews from competitors or others with a conflict of interest
Reviews that stay
A genuine customer's negative review that follows the rules is not removed, and we do not report one. A calm, helpful reply to such a review often counts for more with readers than the review itself.
How we work
Free analysis
Send your Google Maps link; we scan your 1, 2 and 3 star reviews.
Checked against the rules
We check every review against Google's content rules and tell you which ones can be reported.
Evidence file
We prepare screenshots and the reasons for every review to be reported.
Report to Google
We report the reviews through Google's official channels and appeal the ones turned down.
Follow-up and payment
We check the reviews every day and send a payment link for the removed ones.
Only Google decides, so removal cannot be guaranteed. The time depends on Google: some cases end within days, those that need an appeal can take a few weeks.
Asked to pay or get bad reviews?
Google has a separate channel for extortion: offers to remove or not to post negative reviews in return for money. Contact us before you pay anything, and keep:
- Screenshots of the messages and e-mails with their dates
- Links to the suspicious reviews
- The contact details of whoever made the threat
Request a free review analysis
Enter your business link on Google Maps. We start the scan right away and send you the results, with the reviews that can be reported, by e-mail.
- A Google Maps link is all we need
- No passwords, admin access or account transfer
- The analysis costs nothing
Frequently asked
Another question? Write it in the message field of the analysis form.
Can every negative review be removed?
No. Only reviews that break Google's content rules can be removed. We do not report a genuine customer's criticism that follows the rules.
Do I pay if a review is not removed?
No. The analysis, the reports and the appeals are free; you pay only for reviews Google removes.
How long does it take?
Google sets the pace. Some reviews are removed within days; when an appeal is needed it can take a few weeks.
Do I have to give you my business account password?
No. A Google Maps link is enough. We never ask for passwords, admin access or an account transfer.
Can a removed review come back?
Google rarely restores a review it removed. We keep watching the reviews after you have paid.
How do I pay?
When Google removes a review we e-mail you a payment link. You can pay by card or bank transfer and enter your billing details on the same page.
