Marketing plan

Meta Ads

Facebook and Instagram campaigns, from setup to reporting, at a fixed monthly price. We audit the account, report what we find, fix it and keep watching. The ad budget is yours and is paid to Meta separately.

What we do every month

  • Campaign setup

Campaigns are set up for the goal agreed in your brief, and organised so that each one has a clear purpose.

  • Audiences

We define who should see the ads, compare audiences with each other and drop the ones that do not respond.

  • Ad texts and visuals

Ads are prepared from the material you send us, compared with each other and replaced when a better version is found.

  • Budget and measurement

We watch how the budget you set is spent and move it towards what works. We also check that results coming from the ads are being measured.

  • A task list you can follow

Each month's tasks are listed in your account and marked as they are done, so you never have to ask what is happening.

  • Monthly report

A written report at the end of each month: what was done, what changed and what is planned next.

How the work runs

Four stages, in this order

The first month covers all four. After that, fixing and monitoring repeat every month.

  1. Audit

We go through the ad account as it stands today: campaigns, audiences, ads, budget and how results are measured. If you have not advertised before, we start from your pages and your brief.

  2. Report

You get the findings in writing, in plain language, with the problems ordered by how much they matter. The report sits in your account and is yours to keep.

  3. Fix

We work through the list, most important first. Each task appears in your account with its date, and is marked done when it is done.

  4. Monitor

We keep watching the campaigns, catch the ads that stop performing and tell you each month what the spend brought, whichever way it went.

What you see in your account

The work is on the page, not in an inbox

Once you have filled in the brief, the plan appears in your account as an order with its stages. You can open it at any time.

  • Which stage the work is in
  • This month's tasks and their dates
  • Every report, as soon as it is written
  • Renewal date, invoices and cancellation

What this plan does not include

Better to read it here than to find out in month two. Where something is sold separately, the link takes you to it.

  • The ad budget

The plan price pays for managing the campaigns. What you spend on ads is paid to Meta separately and is not part of it. You decide the amount.

  • Guaranteed sales, leads or followers

We do not promise a number of sales, messages or followers. They depend on your market, your offer and your budget. What we commit to is the work and an honest report of its effect.

  • Day-to-day content on your pages

This plan runs paid campaigns. Planning regular content and managing the community on your pages is a separate plan.

  • A new website

If the ads send visitors to your site, they land on the site you have. Building or rebuilding a site is its own product.

Questions about Meta Ads

Three things people ask first

Who pays for the ads themselves?

You do, to Meta. The plan price is for managing the campaigns and does not include the ad spend.

Which platforms does the plan cover?

Facebook and Instagram. Campaigns on Google are a separate plan.

Do you promise results?

No. We commit to the work, and the monthly report shows what the spend brought, good or bad.
